Better stock photos start with a process that survives a busy forecourt. Give each vehicle a home, decide who approves the result and keep the handover to publishing clear.
Create a named project and add your stock reference. Keep photographs of a single vehicle together so the team does not rely on memory, upload order or an ambiguous camera-roll filename.
Define the views you need before shooting. A consistent sequence reduces missing cabin, rear and detail images and makes the later review more predictable.
02
Separate creation and review.
A photographer can upload and prepare the sample while another team member compares the result with the original. Assign responsibility for the final quality decision even when the organisation is small.
A saved style establishes the showroom, framing and branding choices. It should reduce repeated decisions while leaving the reviewer free to reject a result that changes a material vehicle detail.
03
Make the publishing handover explicit.
Approved photos can be downloaded individually or together. Use a clear stock reference and a shared handover step so the correct archive reaches the correct inventory listing.
MotorBackdrop does not automatically publish into an arbitrary stock platform. Keep a final check of image order, crop and vehicle identity in the destination system.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST SET
Your questions, answered.
Do we need to change our inventory system?
No. Projects and downloads work independently. Your team can continue publishing through its existing website or stock platform.
Can several people work in the same studio?
Yes. Organisation owners can invite administrators and members to share projects, credits and saved styles.
Where do the original photos go?
Originals stay in private storage associated with the vehicle project, so they remain available for comparison.
