Using your studio
MotorBackdrop is a service for businesses preparing vehicle photographs. You must be authorised to act for your business, keep your sign-in details secure and give team access only to people who need it. Contact motorbackdrop@gmail.com with account or service questions.
Your photographs and branding
You keep your rights in the images and branding you upload. You give MotorBackdrop permission to store and process them, including through the service providers needed to generate and deliver your photos. Upload only material you have permission to use. Avoid photographs containing people, personal documents or information that is unnecessary for your listing.
Review before publishing
AI editing can make mistakes. Compare the result with the original and check the vehicle’s badges, wheels, paint, equipment and visible condition before approving or publishing it. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings. MotorBackdrop does not publish photos to your stock platform automatically. Turntable settings are backgrounds for still images, not vehicle rotations.
Credits, payments and quality issues
Credit packs are one-time purchases at the amount and currency shown at checkout. Credits are added after payment confirmation. One credit prepares one new photo; identical saved results may be reused without another charge. Failed or cancelled generation and rejected photos return credits according to the controls in your project. Eligible results offer one included repair. Returning a photo credit does not itself refund a payment to your card. Contact support about payment refunds or incorrect charges; any rights that apply by law remain unaffected.
Fair use and availability
Do not upload unlawful material, misrepresent a vehicle’s condition, access another customer’s files or interfere with the service. We may restrict accounts for misuse, unpaid payment reversals or security concerns. Processing depends on service capacity and external providers; estimates are not guaranteed completion times. Keep your own copies of original and downloaded photographs.
Closing your account
Organisation owners can schedule organisation deletion from Account. Individual team members can close their own membership. Download anything you need first. See our privacy policy for how we handle account information and photographs. Contact support with questions about remaining credits before closing an account.
